What happens after I place my order?
1) You will get an order confirmation from us by email. This will show you everything about your order. If anything is wrong or you wish to change your order then please contact us.
2) You will get a payment receipt by email from our payment processor. Please note that the address shown on it is your payment address and not your shipping address.
3) We wil email and/or text you when we ship your order with tracking details if that service has been chosen by you.
4) About 7 days after shipping you will be emailed once by the review company Reviews.co.uk and invited to leave a review about us - please be gentle!.
Who will deliver my order?
Royal Mail are used for all our delivery choices including tracked and next day services.
We deliver to the whole of the UK excluding the channel islands.
Should you be out when delivery is attempted then your order will be left at your local post or delivery office.
When will I get my my order?
We show expected delivery dates for every delivery option on our delivery page.
The expected delivery date is also show during order checkout.
The expected delivery dates take holidays and weekends into account.
Do you offer a next working day delivery service?
Yes, but your order must be placed before 12pm. It may take an extra day to remote areas such as the Shetland isles.
Can I place my order over the phone or by mail order?
We only accept orders via our website because this is the only secure method to order and pay.
Ordering/paying by phone or mail is not secure.
My login details aren't being accepted?
Your login email address and password are both case sensitive.
In nearly every case it's because of registering with an email address with capitals in it somewhere but typing in a lower cased email address when trying to log in.
Although having a mixture of upper and lower case login details is more secure, it's also easy to forget.
