Yes - all our prices include VAT.

What happens after I place my order?

1) You will get an order confirmation email. This will show you everything about your order. If anything is wrong or you wish to change your order then please contact us.
2) You will get a payment receipt by email from our payment processor. Please note that the address shown on it is your payment address and not your shipping address.
3) We will email and/or text you when we ship your order with tracking details if that service has been chosen by you.
4) About 7 days after shipping you will be emailed once by the review company and invited to leave a review about us - please be gentle!

Who will deliver my order?

Royal Mail and Parcel Force are our delivery partners.
We deliver to the whole of the UK excluding the channel islands.

When will I get my my order?

We show expected delivery dates for every delivery option on our delivery & checkout pages.
The expected delivery dates take holidays and weekends into account.

Can I place my order over the phone or by mail order?

We only accept orders via our website. Payment is taken by our payment processor STRIPE.

My login details aren't being accepted?

Your login email address and password are both case sensitive.
Password reminders can be sent to your registered email address.
